Shipping

We ship all orders from our studio in the United States. Every piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully.

Standard shippingFlat rate $9.00 USD — ships within the United States via USPS or UPS.

Processing timeOrders are processed within 1–3 business days. Handcrafted or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — we'll notify you by email.

Delivery estimateStandard delivery typically arrives within 5–8 business days after shipment.

TrackingYou'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International shippingWe currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return windowWe accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

How to start a returnEmail us at info@steelradiance.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

ExchangesWe're happy to exchange an item for a different size or style. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Final sale itemsCustom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@steelradiance.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace or refund the item at no cost to you — no questions asked.
